Three Lever Valve
B700 and B800 series three-stem valves are used in molecular sieve switching systems, where B700 uses an external stem design and B800 uses an internal stem design.
Features
- The valve disc is driven by a four-lever linkage mechanism, and there is no friction with the valve seat sealing surface during opening and closing, thus achieving a longer service life.
- The three-lever valve has a pressure difference protection function to prevent the molecular sieve bed from breaking due to the opening of the valve due to incorrect operation under high pressure difference.
- The symmetrical double-cylinder scotch fork actuator is adopted, which has stable and reliable action, and the actuator can realize on-site interchange between the left and right sides.
- The actuator is equipped with a mechanical locking device for the valve switch position, which can fix the valve opening in an emergency and prevent the air separation from stopping due to a valve malfunction
- To provide better corrosion resistance, the valve body is nickel-plated, the valve disc is sprayed with Ni60 or nickel-plated, and the connecting rod is made of stainless steel.
- The connecting rod joints are all equipped with solid self-lubricating bearings, which have a long service life and are maintenance-free.
- Standardized component design shortens the whole valve production cycle while ensuring product quality.
