The cage guided control valve is a balanced valve that can be used as a dump valve, pressure regulator, suction controller, recirculation valve, and plunger lift applications. It has a sliding seal between the plug top with the cage by seals function, dispelling the leak that upriver fluid entered in low-pressure downriver system.

CenturyVal series cage guided control valve adopts a balanced plug design, which can be used for the regulation and cut-off control of various liquid and gas media. The valve stem can be sealed with bellows to meet the requirements of fugitive emissions. The plug with various flow characteristics is optional and has better regulation performance after optimization. It also has an improved fluid flow path to improve the flow capacity of the valve body and therefore provides better regulation performance. In addition to its easy use for adopting an innovative balanced plug design, it has better sealing performance since it adopts a flexible sealing ring design. There are many combinations of plug materials for option to cope with various media and working conditions. Beyond these, standardized parts design shortens the delivery time of the whole valve while ensuring product quality.
